About me and my dog walking business
Welcome! In the following section, you'll discover more about me and the passion that fuels my business.

Hello, I’m Donna, and my journey into professional pet care began with a lifelong love for animals and a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives. I first moved to Somerset in 2006, where I spent several fulfilling years working in customer service. Though I thrived in that environment, I always felt a strong pull toward working with animals—a passion that couldn’t be ignored.
In 2012, I took the first step by earning a diploma in dog psychology with distinction. Shortly after, I began volunteering at the local RSPCA, spending my spare time caring for and connecting with animals in need. It was during this time that I truly found my purpose.
In 2016, I started my first regular pet-sitting job, looking after two wonderful standard poodles. That experience marked the beginning of what would become a deeply rewarding career—and the foundation of my business. As I built lasting relationships with both pets and their owners, I found another passion blossoming: photography. Capturing candid moments of dogs enjoying their adventures quickly became a signature part of my service, bringing joy not only to me but to my clients as well.
Everything I do is guided by genuine care, respect, and a deep connection with animals. My business is more than just pet care—it's about creating happiness, building trust, and celebrating the special bond we share with our pets.
In 2023, I was blessed with the birth of my little girl, and these days, I love to spend much of my spare time with my family. Alongside family life, you can usually find me outdoors with my camera, my border collie by my side, watching the sunset, spying on deer at dawn, or simply enjoying the light of a full moon. I'm the kind of person that likes to make a difference—to the dogs, the people, and wherever I can—and hopefully you can see this passion reflected in my pictures or reading my reviews.
If there's one thing that I'm passionate about, it's dedicating my time to helping nervous dogs build the confidence they need to thrive in social situations. I believe that every dog should have the opportunity to safely enjoy the company of other dogs in an active and enjoyable environment, and I simply love making that happen.
